Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the SetRepGo app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Not medical advice

SetRepGo is a tool for logging workouts. The BMI calculator, suggested exercises and starting weights are general guidance, not medical or professional advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or haven't trained in a while. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use SetRepGo.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Menu > Account > Delete account. Deleting it doesn't cancel a plan you bought; cancel that in the store.

Plans and payments

Using SetRepGo needs a plan: your own, or a trainer's plan that covers you. The plans and their prices are on our pricing page, and the app shows the price in your currency before you buy.

Paid through your store. Plans are monthly subscriptions bought in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which take the payment under their own terms. We never see your card details.
Free trial. A new plan may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan starts and you're charged. Free trials are for new subscribers only.
Automatic renewal. A plan renews every month until you cancel it. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before it renews; it then keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their refund policies.
Price changes. If we change a plan's price, the store tells you first, as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Trainer plans have room for a set number of clients. Each client a trainer adds takes a seat, and a trainer's plan covers the clients it has room for. If it ends or gets smaller, the clients it no longer covers keep full access for 7 days, and can then choose their own plan. A trainer's own training doesn't take a seat.
Without a plan, you can still open the app and see everything you logged, but you can't log new workouts until you choose a plan or join a trainer whose plan covers you. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.
Accounts made before plans get a free period to choose one, shown under Menu > Account > Plan.

Acceptable use

Don't:

use SetRepGo for anything illegal, or to harass or impersonate anyone;
use offensive usernames, client or training names, or profile pictures;
try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt or overload the service;
copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Trainers and clients

Trainer mode lets a trainer log and schedule sessions for clients who join with an invite code. Trainers are independent users, not employed or vetted by SetRepGo, and we are not responsible for their advice, their sessions or what they charge their clients. Either side can end a connection at any time.

Your content

Your workouts and other data stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service

We work to keep SetRepGo running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice before shutting the service down so you can export your data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries from exercise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use SetRepGo after a change means you accept it.
