Where can I install SetRepGo?

The Android app is available on Google Play. Install it there and use Google Play to keep it up to date. The iPhone app is coming soon.

Does SetRepGo work offline?

An internet connection is required to load and save your workouts. Your log is saved to your SetRepGo account, so you can access it on another device by signing in to the same account.

What can I track?

Track weight and reps, bodyweight reps, timed exercises, or distance and duration, with optional incline. Choose from 873 exercises with photos and instructions, or create your own exercise and choose how to track it.

How do supersets work?

Use Superset with when adding an exercise, or an exercise's menu, to group exercises you do back to back. Log each round together in one dialog. If an exercise joins after you have started, the dialog shows which set its entry will be saved as. You can also save supersets in a training and start them together next time.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a 6-digit code to set a new password. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button to sign in instead.

I didn't get the verification email

Check your spam folder, then tap Resend code on the verification screen.

How much does SetRepGo cost?

The Individual plan is $0.99 a month after a free month. Trainer plans start at $9.99 a month after two free weeks, and cover your clients. If you train with a trainer, their plan covers you. See all plans on our pricing page. These are reference prices in US dollars; Google Play shows your local price and any available free trial before you subscribe.

How do I cancel my plan?

Open Menu > Account > Plan and tap Manage subscription, or go straight to your subscriptions: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and everything you logged stays in the app.

I bought a plan, but the app doesn't show it

Make sure you're signed in to the same SetRepGo account you bought it with, then open Menu > Account > Plan and tap Restore purchases. This also brings your plan to a new phone. A plan belongs to the SetRepGo account that bought it, so it can't move to another account.

Can I get a refund?

Plans are paid through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. On iPhone, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.

How do I join my trainer?

Ask your trainer for an invite code, then open Menu > My trainers and enter it. If you haven't chosen a plan yet, you can also tap I have a trainer's invite code on the plans screen. Once you've joined, your trainer's plan covers you, as long as it has room for you.

I'm a trainer. How do I add clients?

Turn on Trainer mode under Menu > Account and choose a trainer plan for as many clients as you train. Then add clients under Menu > Clients and send each one their code. When your plan is full, tap Upgrade plan to move to a bigger one.

How do I get reminders before my trainings?

Schedule a training at a set time, and SetRepGo reminds you before it starts. Choose how long before (15 minutes to a day) under Menu > Account, where you can also turn notifications on or off for each phone. If notifications don't arrive, check that they're allowed for SetRepGo in your phone's settings.

How do I switch to kilograms or pounds, or change the language?

Open Menu > Account and choose your units and language.

How do I delete my account?

Open Menu > Account and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, workouts, trainings, measurements and profile picture. It doesn't cancel a plan you bought, so cancel that in the store too. You can also email us and we'll delete your account for you. More about deleting your account.
