Delete your SetRepGo account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

Bought a plan? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it, because the subscription is with Apple or Google. Cancel it first in Menu > Account > Plan > Manage subscription, or in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, so you aren't charged again.

In the app

Open SetRepGo and sign in.
Open Menu > Account and tap Delete account, at the bottom.
Enter your password and tap Delete account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, just confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, and you're signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email markopetricevic@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your username. We'll delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account: username, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and the link to your Apple or Google account.
Your workouts, custom exercises, trainings and schedule, body measurements and profile picture.
Your trainer connections and the sessions logged and scheduled in them. If you're a trainer, that includes your clients and the sessions you logged for them.
Your plan's details on our server.
Your sign-ins and notification settings on every device. If you signed in with Apple, SetRepGo's access to your Apple Account is revoked too.

What is kept

We don't keep any of your account's data once it's deleted. If you bought a plan, Apple or Google and RevenueCat, which handles plans for us, keep their own records of your purchases, linked to your old account's ID number but not to your name or email. Email us if you'd like us to ask RevenueCat to delete its record too.
